Dr. Charles Eckhart has extensive experience consulting with families and individuals of wealth, with a particular dedication to the challenges of the rising generation and generational issues involved with succession planning. Charles also contributes to numerous industry journals/websites, podcasts, and publishes peer reviewed research in family wealth consulting.
Charles is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a background in clinical practice and academia. Prior to founding Cathexis Group, Charles taught in various doctoral and graduate Clinical Psychology programs, and maintains a visiting professorship at the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis, and a small clinical practice

Dr. Oksana Yakushko brings a rigorous work and research ethic, a warm heart, and a curiosity about the complex experiences of wealthy and enterprising families. She has particular expertise in working with international and multi-cultural families.
Dr. Oksana Yakushko is also a widely acclaimed Licensed Clinical Psychologist and psychoanalyst with an extensive academic and clinical background. She has over 90 publications in peer reviewed journals and multiple books, and a multi-decade long academic career as a professor and department chair in clinical psychology doctoral programs. She’s earned numerous awards for professional excellence including the Top Leadership Award of the Committee on Women in Psychology of the American Psychological Association.
